I have the CREO designation. I am also certified through the National Valuation Standards Institute (NVSI) and Equator Certified & ResNet Certified.

Iam educated in technological programs and devices and
computer proficient. I work in a team with one other
Realtor completing BPO's and obtaining REO's. I have
a team of vendors that I work with to help me maintain
and market the property. I can do BPO's, property
inspections, cash for keys, evictions, property
maintenance i.e. painting, handyman, landscaping, clean-
out, trash removal, secure property; market and sell
REO's. I also have experience in Mortgage Industry.
